Gift vouchers will be posted between 2 and 4 working days. Please allow extra time for delivery especially during bank holiday periods. If you require the gift voucher by a specific date please mark the date cleary in the notes section during check out.

Gift Vouchers have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Gift Vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. The expiry month will be clearly marked on the Gift Voucher. Gift Voucher holders should make all reasonable effort to schedule an appointment to redeem the Gift Voucher before the expiry month.

Gift Vouchers can be used as full or part payment towards services offered at Jemma Slater Photography. Where a Gift Voucher Holder wishes to use the Gift Voucher towards services which are lower than the face value of the voucher no change can be given but the balance will remain on the Gift Voucher and can be used as full or part payment towards a future session.

Where a Gift Voucher holder wishes to purchase a service with a higher value than the face value of the Gift Voucher then they will be required to pay the difference.

Gift Voucher holders should present the Gift Voucher at their ordering and viewing appointment.
